Ed took this photo in Pharanganj today. They're making a type of sweet for Lohri celebrations. Lohri is a Punjabi festival which I don't know very much about, except that people make fires and throw popcorn into them.
Back in Delhi! This lion outside a temple near our house is slightly different to the ones in Trafalgar Square... not sure which I prefer.
One last photo of London before I flew back to Delhi: The Tower of London and the Shard in the background, just round the corner from my cousins' house where I was staying.
Day 300 but I'm not in Delhi ... back home tomorrow. Meanwhile I had a fantastic day wandering around in the sunshine and having lunch with lovely Isobel. We had lunch at Rosa's (Thai) Cafe just off Regent Street. Highly recommended, not least because of the flooring.
This goes some way to explaining why London is my favourite city in the world.
